Located outside the gated community of Lake of the Woods, in Orange County, Virginia, the three-story office building provides tenants with 24-foot by 30-foot column-free bays and 14-foot story heights. The building is clad in reflective green glass veneer and features several full height brick columns at the front entrance.

The structure is comprised of steel beams and columns with composite concrete slabs on steel deck. Steel moment frames transfer the lateral loads to concrete spread footings.
