Navy Systems Management Activity (NSMA) Relocation – Anacostia Naval Station, Washington, DC

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents were prepared for a new facility to accommodate the relocation of the NSMA to the Anacostia Naval Station.

The project included a five-story administration building and an adjacent one-story, high bay warehouse. Both buildings are framed with structural steel and bear on concrete pile foundations; the floors of the administration building are framed with composite steel construction. In addition to structural engineering and construction administration services, guidance was also provided for AT/FP and progressive collapse design.
