In the traditional organization of design teams, Woods • Peacock serves as the structural sub-consultant to prime architectural firms. However, we have also served as the prime for IDIQ contracts, contracting directly with the owner and using sub-consultants for the other disciplines, as needed for the tasks.

In addition Woods • Peacock incorporates strategic partnering and collaboration with other structural consulting firms to provide supplemental or enhanced expertise to clients. These partnering opportunities can be a function of the job size or the need of a Small Business component.
