Perimeter security and site structures were provided for this design-build project at the Embassy compound.
The perimeter security scope involved the design and detailing of a combination of anti-climb and anti-ram security elements for walls, fences, and bollards. These elements were designed in accordance with the standards specified in the Overseas Building Operations (OBO) Supplements to the International Building and Zoning Codes
The civil/site structural scope included the design and detailing of:
- Steel framed parking canopies
- Concrete retaining walls
- Handicapped ramps
- Site stairs
- A swimming pool
- Underground concrete utility structures
- Cost: $108.5 million
- Compound Size: 3.6 hectares (8.9 acres)
