Structural Investigation and Assessment

A structural investigation and condition assessment will provide an owner with an understanding of existing conditions of the building. It can be initiated in order to perform routine maintenance, assess known deteriorations, prepare for the adaptive reuse of a facility (including increasing physical security requirements), or prepare for the sale/purchase of a building. The structural investigation and assessment will establish whether a problem exists, the cause of the problem, and a solution of repair.
